Brend royaal aan op de droge of natte huid, een halfuur voor de blootstelling aan de zon. Breng 2mg/cm² van het product aan: indien je de dosis verkleint, neemt ook de beschermingsfactor af.
Breng om de 2 uur opnieuw aan, of nadat je hebt gezweet, gezwommen of je hebt afgedroogd.
